Letter from the Editor in Chief :

Dearest Loyal Readers,

It has come to my attention that a certain company was angered by my review of their product. So much so, that they threatened legal action for slandering said product. However, TEK and Advanced Media Network, which owns the rights to TEK — refuse to be bullied by companies angered by reviews that do not favor them. With this said, products sent to TEK that might possibly be unfavorable — are not because we have to reach a certain quota of “bad” reviews. It deals with the honesty and moral integrity from our staff and from the sheer essence of the reviewed product. If that product isn’t up to our standards, we give it a poor score. We will never apologize for speaking the truth.

In the future, know that we will never recant our reviews again. We won’t take them down, we will not hesitate to make note of when a product either sparks, ignites, breaks in pieces or just plain doesn’t work. Why? Because what kind of review and interest site would we be if we merely gave everyone a good score because they sent us their products?

Here at TEK, we refuse to cater to the whims of the Industry simply to receive product.
