Myself as well as fellow writers here at TEK, Mr.Nate and Sean — we enjoy us some Legos. However, Lego really doesn’t market to people like us. You know, the geeky cubicle/office types that thrive on TPS reports and red staplers. Well, thankfully Archie McPhee has the solution and we found our solace in “The Cubes“. Playfully put together like those fun little Lego people that we all loved and adored, “The Cubes” come in playsets that are either solitary employees with their own little stations or actual cubicle sets. When I was at Mr.Nate’s house, he even had a Lego shark biting on Bob’s poor skull. Why? Like you were never attacked by a shark while hammering out a time-sheet on Excell. Whatever.
We had the pleasure of the IT guy, Bob and Ann as well as the Corporate Zombies, a fun bunch of extensions on the Cubefolk that are basically Zombies in business suits. These sets are intricately made, rather fun to set up and even more hilarious to have sitting on your desk in your office or at your house. People still giggle and play with my “Ann” set whenever they see it. Especially when I’m showing off the Zombie who is handing her a file-folder. It’s definitely something us geeky-types need to adorn our houses/offices/cubicles.
Take a look around Archie McPhee and check out the expansive world of “The Cubes”.
Welcome

I <3 the Corporate Zombies.
Of course LEGO makes sets for me! Who doesn’t want to build a Spaceship!? These were unbelievably cool though.
